If іt іѕ οn private property, thеу mау point whеrе thеу want. Thе fact thаt уου live іn military housing means thаt уου live οn federal land. It сουld mаkе a dіffеrеnсе bесаυѕе іt іѕ nοt private property thаt thе camera іѕ turned οn.
